Tiësto has been announced as the inaugural in-game DJ for the Super Bowl. The renowned trance musician is set to feature at Super Bowl LVIII on February 11th, performing during the pre-game activities and as spectators gather at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. His role will extend to playing during key breaks throughout the game.

Snippets of Tiësto's performance at this prominent NFL event will be broadcast on CBS in the United States and also on Tiësto's personal social media platforms.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Tiësto commented, "I'm thrilled to be involved in Super Bowl LVIII, especially since it's happening in Las Vegas, a city I dearly love. I'm grateful to the NFL for this opportunity and I'm eager to celebrate with everyone at this significant event!"

From the NFL, Tim Tubito remarked, "Our aim each year is to enhance the stadium experience for our fans. With this being the first Super Bowl held in Las Vegas, it's fitting to integrate the city's rich DJ heritage by having Tiësto, with his unique musical flair, at our premier event. Tiësto, a pivotal figure in shaping Las Vegas' electronic music scene and influencing the global electronic music culture, is the ideal artist to help us deliver a memorable game day atmosphere for our fans, athletes, and viewers worldwide."

Tiësto is the fifth DJ to perform in the pre-game festivities of the Super Bowl, joining the ranks of DJ Khaled, D-Nice, Zedd, and DJ Snake. However, he is the first to be invited to play throughout the entire game.

This year's Super Bowl Halftime Show will feature Usher as the headlining act.
